Defective out of the box

Review: The PTT was stuck on transmit right out of the box. Mypilotstore was kind enough to take it back while I shopped around for a different PTT.

Review: The device does what it is supposed to do! However,"picture" not true to life. Also, I am new to the product, but I liked the consistency. (it worked)
