The short person's salvation!

Pros: Rugged canvas material, sturdy carrying strap
Cons: No strap to hold it folded up or secure it to the seat
Review: I am only 5 foot 2 and most aircraft cockpits are designed for someone 5'8" to 5'10". I finally understand what my CFI means when he says to keep the nose level with the horizon! My landings are better now that I can see near on the runway. This is just what I needed! Combined with a slightly-platform athletic sandal, I can now bottom out the rudder pedals!

Nice and useful, but...

Review: Overall - very good. Prompt delivery. However, I would have thought that the back of the cushion would have had some sort of (velcro) attachment to loop around the aircraft seat to hold it in place.

see over the cowl

Pros: initially, the cushion worked well
Cons: as time goes on, the padding seems to be somewhat compressed, lowering the maximum height available - will probably need another booster cushion
Review: landigs were less than perfect in my new 182 with its very high instrument panel - i had trouble with judging distance - with the 4x2 cushion-back, the problem was fairly well corrected

We measured several different seat cushions to make sure that there isn't any differences between sizes (there is not) and the depth of the seat is 12" from the front edge to the back. The back itself is 15" wide and extends upwards for 16.5".
