Excellent replacement after 20 years by Rupe from Lugoff, SC USA
Pros: Spiral binding Cons: A fatter volume than my old one. Review: My last copy of this volume was dog-eared and coming apart. But the MAIN reason I bought a new one was because of outdated info (Mine listed the USSR, East AND West Germany, etc. in the national registration list). The spiral binding of the newer volume makes it easier to thumb through and to fold open to the required page, Still an excellent reference, and now I have all the nations listed!
