Cons: Too many to mention.
I, as I have expressed to Lightspeed's customer service, think it's bull that the original seals only lasted a year before falling apart and they refused to do anything about it. Their customer service rep said that it was normal for the ear seals to fail in a years time and I should expect it from the new ones I purchased from you. What elese will prematurely fail when I need the headset at a critical time eh? I will never purchase another Lightspeed headset or anything else those idiots manufacture. Respectfully, Bill Akin
