State laws require an Arizona-based business (such as MyPilotStore.com) to
collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona addresses or picked up from our
offices. In our case, the amount of sales tax collected is based on the tax rate
for the City of Scottsdale, Arizona. Any order for Jeppesen (not FAA/NOS) charts subscriptions or trip kits will
be shipped to you directly from Jeppesen and are therefore taxable in the
following states: CO, CA, OR, GA, NY, DC. We are currently not required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to
residents of any other states
