Cons: Pricey, Deteriorate rapidly
Review: Telex Thick Foam Ear Cushions are very comfortable but have a big drawback. They deteriorate rapidly when left in the cockpit. They are to pricey for the life you get from them!

Pros: Confortable, good noice reduction
Cons: They break apart too fast. they should last at least 1 year
Review: They are confortable to wear, and they do a good job isolating background noice. After using the pads for four months they start to tear apart.

Factory replacement, perfect fit.

Pros: Perfect fit.
Cons: Had to replace factory original part that had split (after several hundred hours of use). Might have been able to replace under warranty, did not try.
Review: Factory replacement part - exactly what I wanted and expected. No problems and no surprises.
