LED Finger Light

The LED Finger Light is designed to be worn on your finger or attached to your kneeboard. It is so small and light-weight that you don't even know you are wearing it! The lights are easy to use, and include the battery saving 10-Minute Auto-Off Feature. Simply press the switch on the top of the light with the thumb or against any solid surface in the cockpit - and point! Attach the finger light with the included Velcro One-Wrap. The wrap is perfect for NOMEX flight gloves, or bare skin.

Fingerlights come with batteries included - 3 small button cells inside the unit, LR replacements are recommended. The LED Finger Light is a fraction of the cost of the competition, and you get the auto-off feature you need to make the light useful in your helmet or flight bag.

  • Small and lightweight
  • Easy to use
  • Securely fasten with Velcro One-Wrap.
  • Battery saving auto-shutoff feature

If you need a NVIS (Night Vision Imaging System) / NVG (Night Vision Goggles) compatible version, we also offer the NVIS 3mm LED Finger Light.

Choose from Red, White, or Green.  Purchase individually or in a money saving 3-pack!

Love this product, planning on buying more

Pros: light just where you need it
Cons: light switches off accidentally due to hitting the switch sometimes
Review: The red is easy on the eyes and I can point to the location for viewing.

A little too bright
by Mark from Nolanville TX USA

Review: The light is easy to use, inexpensive and all 3 worked just fine. The only complaint I have is that they are a little too bright. It doesn't pass the windshield reflection test. I use them anyway and plan on using them until all of them break.

I wouldn't buy this again.
by A Customer from Meridian MS USA

Pros: See review
Cons: See review
Review: The light: It's way too bright. A bright green light can still ruin your night vision, something this light is well capable of doing.

Build quality:

The button doesn't always work. I don't know if it's the button itself or loose battery connections. It may not turn on when you need it.

The finger strap is just barely big enough to do the job.

Not much to expect from something so cheap, but even for the price, it's barely worth buying. The battery cover comes off easily. You risk spilling them all (3 lithium batteries) into the cockpit by grazing your hand against anything.

You can't leave the batteries in. I don't know what's going on with my lights when they're not being used, but after leaving one idle for a day, the batteries leaked their acid.

This is definitely an example that supports the adage "Buy cheap, buy twice."

Review: I was very pleased with how quick my shipment arrived. When I opened the light, it did not work. I emailed the company and received an immediate response apologizing for the broken light and immediately sent out a replacement along with a handwritten note. My initial order was 6 days ago and I have already received a replacement light. Very pleased overall, nice to know honest companies with great customer service still exist. Will definitely order from here in the future and recommend to others.

Review: Right out of the package this light did not work at all. I had take the light apart and locate a bare wire that was grounded against a battery terminal. A dab of silicone later, all was well and the light worked. As a light, it is okay, but quality control = zero. Disappointing; perhaps that's why the three pack is offered.

Still have mine 4 years later
by Customer from USA

Review: I bought this product in 2008, still use it as of June 2012. Wear it on my finger when flying at night. Just bright enough for me to reach down and find objects in the console such as a larger flashlight, pen, chart etc. Also good for checking any unlit instrument during a night flight such as the Magnetic Compass.
