A lot of bang for your buck! by Jim from SHERWOOD, AR, USA
Review: Very comfortable (with the optional ear cushions) and quiet for the money. More than adequate for a King Air cockpit.

Great product. by Joel with a Cherokee 180 from Tucson, AZ
Pros: Value, weight, comfort. Cons: None at this time. Review: Met my expectations. Light and comfortable, and had no problems hearing or being heard over the radio. Definitely recommend. And considering it is 1/2 to 1/3 the price of comparable headsets, I don't know why anyone would buy anything else.

Excellent value for backup/passenger headset by Bill from Cary NC USA
Pros: Value for the price, audio (transmit & receive) quality Review: For the price I really expected much less. The headset is solid, well built, does very well with passive noise suppression, and has excellent sound and mic pickup.

Good for the price. by Mike from Lorton VA USA
Pros: Comfortable and affordable Cons: Sensitive mic picks up background noise? Review: The Boswell Pilot Headset is comfortable, provides good sound quality and is easy to use. My only complaint is that my headset seems to pick up background (cockpit) noise, but I'm not sure if it is due to "user error" or a microphone issue. If other users have a recommendation to solve this problem, I'm "all ears".

Review: Works great. The volume adjustment sliders makes it easy to accidentally change the volume.

Boswell Passive Headset by Brian from Santa Ana CA USA
Pros: Bargain Cons: Unprofessional response to customer's issue Review: Had positive experiences with mypilotstore in the past, hence the Boswell order. Called a rep, gave the item number, and asked if the headset had changed in any way since the re-branding from Lightspeed, and was told "No." Asked if I could plug in an audio device like I could with my Lightspeed Solo, and was told "Yes." Received the product and found there was no audio input jack on the volume control like my Lightspeed unit. Called a rep and explained the issue. Rep looked in the computer and told me I had called about the Boswell ANR model. Told the rep that the ANR model was never on my list of considerations. The rep insisted it was my mistake, that I called about the ANR model, because that's what was on his computer screen, after all. Professionalism would've sounded more like, "I'm sorry there was a miscommunication. What can we do to fix this?" The headset stays in my inventory. But I was tempted to return it because of the attitude.
[MyPilotStore: We apologize for any mis-communication. The passive Boswell headset does NOT have an audio-in capability. The
Boswell ANR does. If you are not 100% happy with the headset, we are happy to take it back for a refund per our
return policy.]

Great value for the price. by A Customer from Henderson KY USA
Pros: Great value for the money Cons: Audio cord exiting bottom of left earcup tends to drag on shoulder. Review: Excellent spare head set. Comfortable fit, slightly tight but expect that to relax with time as previouse headsets did. Clear audio signal, in and out. Only problem is the audio cord exiting the bottom of the left earcup. It tends to drag on my shoulder as I turn my head. Not sure if Lightspeed no longer makes these or if they just don't want their name on an inexpenseve headset, but it works fine and gives value for the money.

Out performs $650 ANR LightSpeed Sierra by DENNIS from Kansas City MO USA
Pros: Best sound reduction, best sound quality, best fit, all for the very best price. Cons: No frills, no auxiliary connections Review: Depends what you are looking for but this headset out performs my other three headsets in sound reduction, sound quality, and comfort. I seriously considered returning my LightSpeed Sierra but couldn't give up the bluetooth. Unless you need more than transmit/receive/intercom, this is a great starter and a great forever headset. By the way, it is the same headset that was once labeled LightSpeed QFR Solo but without the cellphone jack.
