Impossible to install

Pros: Good noise reducing and High comfort
Cons: Impossible to attach without serious damage Waste of money
Review: Too much Florida heat and exposure caused total deterioration of the gel ear seals. The replacements were impossible (for me to install) and one was destroyed in the process. I finally went back to Soft Com Directly to accomplish the replacement that I was unable to achieve. The manufacturer would be my source in the future for new gel earpieces that I was unable to install.

Replacement Good As New

Pros: Perfect replacement, feels just like new
Cons: Challenge getting the gel ear pieces to actually go on headset
Review: Replacement part is just like new. I found a trick to getting new ear piece on headset was to force gasket type seal to completely reverse, then roll on to headset. Trying to stretch around headset looked like it would damage gasket or rip it.
