Very good headset by Ruben from Ellenville NY USA
Pros: Comfortable, High quality construction, Ear cushions are very soft. Cons: The small foam protector on the mic seems to come of easily. Review: I ordered this item and when I went on my first lesson we had to borrow a set from a pilot at the airport. My set had a problem, they did not work. I can at least say that when I got the replacement set I fell in love with them. They are very comfortable. I usually do several hours each day and they almost seem to not be on your head. Very good quality and good sound. I was just a bit upset by the fact that the pilot store overnight-ed the first set to me, I paid for the service. They were defective so they sent me a new set but sent them 5 day shipping. I felt if I paid for overnight the first time they should have sent the second set the same way. Or at least given me the option to rush the second pair.

Worth every penny!! by A Customer from New York NY USA
Pros: Sound quality is exceptional. Lightweight and easy to operate. Cons: Cables tend to tangle. Eats batteries. Easy to forget to turn unit off. Review: Difference in using a noise-cancelling headset vs. a standard unit was truly amazing - and this from a pilot who spent years declining the n-c headset. Definitely worth the expense. In addition to the quality of the unit, the quality of your service (both when the order was placed and in processing same) was a true pleasure.

It Works Great ! ! ! by David from Adamsville TN USA
Pros: Noise Canceling, Comfort, Easy to Use, Adjustable boom, Durable Cons: The headpad is comfortable but a little bulky, For me it's a small price to pay. Review: Overall this headset is great. I own an Ercoupe and with the canopy open to the sky and my 100hp engine running wide open, I hear nothing but silence in my headset. I can hear myself and my copilot clearly. ATC is very easy to understand. I wear glasses and this headset seals very good and is still comfortable. I have used some other headsets before and this headset is a frontrunner. The headsets do what they are advertised to do and work wonderfully.

On Monday, August 03, 2009 a customer asked:
Q: Can the H10-13X or XL be used directly with an IPOD?
A:
The H10-13X/XL does not have any built-in music interface. The only David Clark Headset that currently has a built in music interface is the David Clark X11. However, you can add the aftermarket headset to CD / MP3 adapter so that it does work with the iPod. There are also a number of aviation headsets from other manufacturers that do include a built-in music interface that can be found on our Aviation Headset Finder tool. Just click on "ANR" and "Cell Phone / Music" under Headset Features to narrow it down. If you have any questions or need help, just give us a call at 1-877-314-7575.
On Thursday, December 18, 2008 a customer asked:
Q: Will this unit fit in the R-22 Heli?
A:
No, this is a fixed wing headset. For a Robinson R-22 helicopter you would want the David Clark H10-13HXL.
On Friday, February 15, 2008 a customer asked:
