Peace of Mind / Simple to Use / Works Well by David from Erie CO USA
Pros: Accurate, easy to use. Cons: Optional case (which I recommend getting) should come standard with the unit. Review: Gives peace of mind while flying at flight levels in unpressurized aircraft. It is very accurate: on the ground I measured this unit against a clinically-qualified pulse ox meter, and this much lower cost unit agreed with the clinical pulse ox. Easy to use in cockpit, easy to find with the lanyard attached (and would be easy to lose without lanyard!). Basically, it's simple, easy to use, effective. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Review: I fly in Africa and sometimes going "ontop" is necessary ie: above 11000amsl - very handy to have to measure saturation at high levels and to know when a danger point is approaching - especialy solo

Strong Visually by Robert from Paradise Valley AZ USA
Review: Very good display. Best I've seen on one of these. Takes a little longer than I hoped to stabilize reading when at altitude.Slowly climbs over about a 30 second period.

Works as advertized by AJ from Winters, CA USA
Pros: cheap, saves oxygen, can fine tune oxygen to my personal needs Cons: needs two to three readings to get average Review: Seems to work well both in the air and on the ground. I normally travel 8 to 16k and found it can be used to adjust the oxygen level to my personal needs, not to some generic chart. I find it best to take two or three readings at a time, adjust oxgen regulator and then take more readings in five minutes to fine tune the regulator.

by John Baughman M.D. from Palm Springs, CA.
Pros: So simple even an M.D. can work it. Review: I am an E.R. physician and found this product works as well as instruments costing many times as much.
