Student Flight Records - Private Pilot
- 1 customer reviews.

New four-panel construction incorporates FITS grading!
ASA’s new Student Flight Record Folder for Private Pilot helps flight
instructors and flight schools organize and document student progress towards
Private Pilot Certification. A folder for each student serves as a permanent
training record and satisfies both Part 61 and 141 requirements—including ground
lessons, written exams, flight maneuvers, and flight checks. They make it easy
to record accomplishments for each lesson, student performance, flight hours,
instructor notes and endorsements, aircraft used, stage checks, and ground
school completion dates and more. These folders represent a terrific bargain at
less than half the cost of competitive products.
What’s new:
- 4-panel format covers all Area of Operations, Tasks, and Areas of
Emphasis in the Practical Test Standards, as well as a blank line in each
area to give the instructor space to write-in additional tasks performed.
- Updated evaluation tools follow FAA/Industry Training Standards (FITS)
format, providing for student-centered grading.
Sturdy and durable, ASA Student Flight Records provide convenience and peace
of mind that training requirements have been met.

On Sunday, July 08, 2012 a customer asked:
Q: How current is the form. June 1,2012?
A:
Although the new PTS requirements became effective on June 1, the only change pertaining to the Student Flight Records for Private Pilots was the Runaway Incursion Avoidance task. Rather than update the form, ASA has received clearance from the FAA to allow Instructors to utilize the blank lines within the All Areas of Operations section to ensure this new task has been completed. In fact, these blank areas have been authorized for use pertaining to any modifications or updates if need be.
Additionally, the Runway Incursion Avoidance task can be included as a part of the Pre-Flight section, as long as it is accounted for and noted on the form.
On Monday, September 07, 2009 a customer asked:

On Saturday, March 08, 2008 a customer asked:
