Book is Great! mypilotstore.com not so great....

Pros: Book is great. Solid information, eary and fun to read format.
Cons: buying from mypilotstore.com was not great
Review: The books are great! An excellent way to learn or review a wide range of heli info in a no frills way. I love the books! As for mypilotstore.com the experience was less then great. The book arrived with a large slash accross the front cover, cutting into the first pages. I sent email to mypilotstore.com and got no respince, I called and got disconnected. This company has no customer service. Very disappointing.
