This Test Preparation software is the only one to integrate an updatable
Aviation Library (over $130 in books alone)! All of the tools needed to learn
and prepare for the Private Pilot flight test and FAA Knowledge Test (airplane
only) are included. It is best used from Day 1of the flight and ground training,
right up until taking both the flight test and written exam.
Seamless Integration
This computer based testing environment (standard for all FAA exams) is
combined with the source documents from which the tests are derived. While
taking a test, one click takes you into the Aviation Library precisely to the
document and page that is relevant to the test question. Not only that, but the
answer for the test question you are on will be highlighted.
It doesn’t get any easier!
Features include: the FAA Knowledge Test question database, answer fill-in
function, clear explanations, ability to choose categories, marking a question
for later review, random question generator, and comprehensive tracking of test
results including a display of all questions answered incorrectly.
Three Different Test Modes to enhance learning:
- Learning Mode gives the full range of study tools
available with our software, the most important being the "Learn" button.
This button automatically links the test to the Aviation Library.
- Test Mode has the same look and feel of the Learning Mode,
but does not give the "Show Answer" button and the "Explanation" button.
- Flashcard Mode is an entirely different type of studying
tool. It provides the question, but no multiple choice answers to choose
from (much like reading a question on the front side of a flashcard with the
answer on the back). This requires you to come up with an answer without the
"guessing" factor present in multiple choice exams. When clicking on the
lower window pane, the answer appears.

- FAR/AIM Knowledge Test Study List - a comprehensive set of links to all
of the areas of the FARs and AIM required for the written test.

yellow. Just cruise through the Library and review the yellow areas prior to
taking your written exam.

A perfect purchase

Review: I like being able to see a brief discussion of the answers, and then being enabled to read the applicable rule, reg, FAR etc, which is highlighted and directly on point.
