Does the job

Quick service, easy installation, back in the air in no time flat!

Cons: Wish Lightspeed made a gel-filled ear seal for the Twenty/3Gs.
Review: I was a little worried about finding new ear seals for what is now becoming a legacy product--Twenty/3Gs . Fortunately mypilotstore had them in stock. Even though the "order confirmation" email that one receives immediately after an online purchase said 10-15 business days, I had my replacement ear seals in hand in less than five--good job shipping department! The instructions with the replacement parts were clear and concise. I had the old ear seals off and the new pair on in less than sixty seconds.

Better than expected

Pros: No flaking of the foam cover as before.
Review: They are fine but they were for a later headset which I knew but they were the right size and shape for mine and with a little modification they fit and are much better than the originals. If no modifications were required they are a strong 5. I was aware of this posiblity when placing my order. Thanks, Chris Hayne.

Good but there is room for improvement

Review: The ear seals are efficient and confortable for the first two hours and then they start bothering me. I would rather have gel filled earseals. They are a definite improvement over the past designs but I wish they would last longer. Gel filled seals do last longer.

Easy to apply

Review: Ear seals were easy to remove and replace. I just wish the originals had lasted a little longer. Probably only had about 150-200 hrs usage, and the covering started to slough off in little pieces.
