Good quality, just like the headset by Stephen from DIckson TN USA
Pros: Price, quality. Cons: No instructions Review: After 6 years my cushions started to deteriorate. Most of my pilot friends recommended sending the headset back to Sennheiser for a refurb (about $100), but these replacement cushions did the trick for about $20. They are a little tricky to install (no instructions, just had to look at them and try to stretch them on) but once they are on, the headset looked new again. Good product.

Pros: As above Cons: None Review: Well 5 star, I have used the HMEC25 on the Dash8-300,CRJ200/900 and the BOEING 737NG and I rate it number 1 in all applications. Much more comfortable that the foam cushions.

Expensive, but it works by Steven from Collierville TN USA
Pros: Made an old, worn headset like new. Cons: Expensive, but it beats buying a new headset. Review: Once I figured out how to install these covers, they made my ragged headset look like new.

Sennheiser Soft Foam Earseals for HMEC25 Headset Are Awesome by Jeffrey from Colorado Springs, CO
Pros: Very comfortable and no special equipment needed to replace them. Cons: Took a little time to put them on Review: I've worn the Sennheiser HMEC25 headsets for five years and never had a problem with them, but like anything that gets used A LOT, the earseals eventually wore out and needed to replaced. The Sennheiser Soft Foam Earseals replacements were just what I need to make the "new" again. Very comfortable and fairly easy to put on. Jeffrey.

Cons: Shipping takes some time, so allow extra time if you are in a crunch. Review: These pads are the same as the original. They are easy to replace and include the foam liner as well.
