Pros: has space for everything you'd probably need for a flight.
Cons: disappointed with the quality of the product.
Review: first week the hook of the zipper came off. I could still use it with my nails so I didn't feel the need to complain. but after one month that is today, the rest of the zipper broke into chunks of metal. And i was wondering for god's sake its a $80 bag, isn't it supposed to be made up of quality material. (at least a tough metal zipper).

Doesn't hold up to its name
by Thomas from Bridgewater MA USA

Review: I am an sutdent pilot and tend to have some books in the bag along with all my other flight gear. Within the first, I notice that the strap where it is connected to the bag by a metal piece starting bending open. Now the metal is starting to eat away at the bags material on both sidesand will eventually break. The strap also constantly falls off because the metal is bent open.

Some minor issues but overall very functional
by Andrew from Anchorage AK USA

Review: The velcro partitions in the big section of the bag are rally not sturdy enough and it's not really clear how they are supposed to install. Also after only a month, on one of the headset bags the zipper stitching has pulled out on about 2 inches of the zipper at the top. Also, the D-rings that are used for the shoulder strap have slipped out of their holders. There is too big a gab in the ends of the D-ring where they meet. That being said I am overall pleased with the bag. It meets my needs, though for the minor problems I have had I think it was a bit overpriced.

Review: The capacity is good but i reckon they shud do something about the shoulder strap because mine ripped abit from the base and i had to saw it back, but it might of been my fault for carrying a heavy load.

Don't Care for It
by A Customer from Wa

Pros: Large
Cons: everything else
Review: Plenty large but has no solid structure so it looks like a ruck sack. Handles are cheap and look like they won't last long.

Works like a Charm
by A Customer from Charleston SC USA

Review: Definitely has made life easier on the road. The bag is compact enough to not always be in the way, yet large enough to accommodate my needs. The inner storage divider is par. Dividing the bag lengthwise is much easier than going into 1/4s.

I can't remember if it was this bag, or another one I was looking at, but somewhere I remember hearing people complain about the headset pouch being too small. Someone must be above 250 unpressurized because my David Clark headset fits just perfectly in it.

The only thing I would have liked to see would be an exterior water bottle pouch or something.

It's Good and Bad
by A Customer from Lake Forest, CA

Pros: Pockets sized right for charts and required flight items
Cons: Cheaply made
Review: I knew from when I first opened it, it wasn't the high quality made item as described. There were threads all over the place and the shoulder strap broke on the first day I used it (not packed heavy either). The interior dividers barely have enough velcro to hold their position. The wrap around handles are made of leather. Using nylon would have been a better choice.

With all of that said, the dimensions and chart pockets are great. You can easily access whatever you need. My bag only came with 1 headset bag so I don't know where the other one went.

The only reason I am so critical on this bag, is that I own swat/tactical gear bags and other manufacturers put much, much more effort into their bags at around the same cost. Breaking the first day was disappointing. I am returning it and will find something else.

Good quality and design
by Patrick R. from Palmdale CA USA

Pros: Design and material quality is excellant
Cons: None
Review: The material is durable and the moveable interior dividers are very helpful when accomodating 8.5 x 11 binders. The dual headset pouches are convenient and balance the weight of the flight bag nicely. Excellant value.

Jeppesen says quality
by Steve from Clearwater ID USA

Review: Just like the mapping/flight prep software this bag is not only of excellent design, the material is top notch. The ability to organize the interior coupled with large enough detachable headset bags (I carry my log book in one bag) to add essential items for short trips make it very configurable. I highly recommend this bag to any pilot in need of a replacement bag!

Great Buy!
by A Customer from Concord, NC

Pros: Durability, Space for gear, well worth the money.
Cons: A little on the big side, but easily manageable.
Review: Great bag, and well worth the money. I just got it a few days ago, and I was impressed at how thick and durable it is. It holds all of my flight gear, and there's even a little more room to spare. In all, it's a great bag. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a great all purpose flight bag that will hold up and last a long time!
