Pros: The are concise and up to date for the dates that I need them. You also include the IFR maps with them...it doesn't get better than that.

Review: I've been in Afghanistan for 16 months now. I order the charts two weeks prior to returning to the states on leave because they are perfect for the short time span I have home.

Best way to keep charts up to date

Pros: Fast and easy, less expensive then a subscription
Cons: Have to order by mail now that Jepp charged the way they deal with pilot stores.
Review: I've been keeping my charts up to date with these for years. Its the best and least expensive way when you only need charts for a limited area.

Jepp Plates; The only way to fly IFR

Review: The express pack from Jeppesen has always been a great product as it comes with not only the Northern California airports but the Southern as well! The local terminal area charts for San Francisco have been very useful, especially for flight training when you don't want to have the extra clutter of a enroute chart out. Jepp plates have always been easier for me to teach with, explain and they just make more sense in the air when you are flying and looking for that critical piece of information. The only downfall of the Jepp plates is that they lack the airport diagram that the NACO charts have.

Cons: Just a little pricey for my one trip since I had to buy the whole state.
Review: I needed this single use issue in order to have charts so I could complete my IFR long cross country training. I currently use the Soutwest charts and like them very much. The California charts were just like these and very helpful.
