Problem in Changing Contents. No Enroute Low Alt Charts Anymore by Brian from Virginia, USA
Pros: Format is better than NACO Cons: Missing Enroute charts! CS unable to explain change in product Review: I've used the Airway Manual Express for a couple of years. It's been a good package, complete with low-altitude enroute charts for the coverage area. I discovered after I received my last shipment that there were no charts in the factory sealed package. After customer service responded via email (after a week or so), they direct shipped overnight a replacement from Jepp. It was the same, factory sealed package minus the en route charts, again! Speaking to CS, they were at a mystery as to why it was missing. Jepp insists they haven't changed their product. I've given up!

Good product, but expensive. by Brian from Stafford VA USA
Pros: Great visuals. Cons: Expensive. Need a way to only get updated charts. Review: I like the way Jeppeson displays instrument approaches better than NACO charts, but it gets expensive for a recreational, part-time pilot. Also, it would be nice if they could offer just the updated charts rather than replacing the whole kit.

Jepp gets the job done! by Gregory from Washington DC USA
Review: I needed a specific set of charts for my instrument checkride and they arrived quickly and covered the states I needed them to address.
