I have purchased two of these and think they are great

Pros: Makes any headset more comfortable.
Cons: none
Review: They are great for both hot weather to absorb moisture and cold weather where the cloth is much better than cold plastic when you first put them on.

Worked great for me...

Review: These worked great on my David Clark headset with the gel ear seals. I didn't have the same experience as the previous review at all. In fact, I'm here buying another set to get ready for the summer.

Review: Fits tight over the Flo Fit Gel ear seals letting lots of noise in. Would probably work better with the other gel ear seals.

Q: I have a model H10-30 headset. The ear cushions need to be replaced. Do the "22658G-01 ear cloth cushion covers" replace the ear seals, or are the ear seals still needed?
A:
These cushion covers are designed to fit over the ear seals, so if you do need to replace the ear seals themselves you would want to go with either the David Clark Flo-Fit Gel Ear Seals or the David Clark Foam Filled Ear Seals.
